ARFC2 Model Import : Port number for SAPR3 system needed

Hello All,

I am trying to import a ARFC2 Model from a SAPR3 system in my WD Java DC in NWDS.

Although all correct connection details configured, I am getting below error in Model import.

It appears that network connection from my machine to SAP system is blocked due to firewall policy.

Firewall team also needs which 'port' on target SAP system to be made accessible from  my machine.

Any idea which port number to be specified here?

Hi Amey,

Please check the RFC connection in Backend side.

There might be some connection issue in backend for that RFC causing you the exception.

The issue here was that the hostname I put in NWDS > Windows > Preferences > Destinations Configurations > R/3 was incorrect.
