Hi Experts,

My scenario is PI will be getting attachment through proxy from ECC. Using Payload swap bean I am sending only attachment to one FTP server which is located in customer's desktop.

Here I am facing the below error.

I tried with new channel creation, even though facing the same issue.

Channel config as below.

As I don't have access to NWA i am unable to check Locking Adapter. Will it solve my error or do i need to check anything else. Please respond earlier.

Hi all,

After removing the Locks in NWA also its throwing the same error.

And we are using FTP for the first time, we have used FTPS protocol earlier and this is the first time we are going with FTP. So any config settings required in Admin level.

I think something wrong in the module configuration, can you show us the module configuration of receiver file adapter?

Hi Praveen,

One more thing Customer can see the log in his FTP server that PI is trying to hit the server and creating root directory and also file is getting deleted. But I don't see any successful log in PI.

Please let me know how to prevent the file from Delete option.

Remove second module because that module is for SFTP adapter
