Employee Lookup HCM_EMP_DETAILS Position only shows 25 characters

Hi,

I have set the column group and name in table V_TWPC_ACOL_C as per below.

HCM_POS_TEXT is using a field that only contains 25 characters (Table: T528T, Field: PLSTX) Therefore not showing the full position in employee lookup.  Does anyone know of another Column Group/Name I can use to display full position?

I can get an object key and extend the length of PLSTX but really don't want to go down this route.

Could you help me? I understand you have maintained Column group and column name in table V_TWPC_ACOL_C

I am trying to pull the Cost Centre and Personnel subarea data for an Employee in Employee lookup screen. Can you let me know how can I pull this data in employee look up, which column groups, column combination to be maintained?

Thanks Amanda for your response! However, columns HRPDV_CSTCTR and HRPDV_BTRTL are not maintained in Define Columns table.

If I need to maintain it can you please let me know which Functional Module to use for these 2 columns?
