Today morning when I logged in to my SCN account - it gave me a pop up that an email has been sent to upgrade your account to SAP Cloud Identity. I activated it and now its completely a new account with only 1 point. I am an active user and I had ~300 points with the same email address. Now whenever I am trying to login using my email address it is only logging in this new account.
One thing I observed is also that it shows my old employer in my profile settings with relations mentioned as Partner. Whereas I had created this account with my personal email address. Please suggest the way forward.
