Vendor Replication

Hello,

I have a problem replicating vendor data into SRM. I'm working with SRM 5.5 as an add-in for ECC 6.0

When replicating vendor via MDS_LOAD_COCKPIT purchasing data is not replicated, so I need to get into BBPMAININT and go to Vendor data tab and maintain purchasing organization, currency, terms of payment, etc., and also link to the backend system.

Is there any special configuration needed for this to work?

Thanks in advance and best regards,

Nelson

Hi,

Did you already do the prerequisite steps ?

1- First you have to activate the objects for the master data synchronisation

-> goto SM30 table : mdsv_ctrl_opt_a

you have to define which object has to be replicated in which direction.

2- Create all backend purchasing organizations in PPOMA_BBP

3- Goto SM30: table crmc_but_call_fu and activate

crm_inbound and function module bbp_ifc_inbound

crm_outbound and function module bbp_ifc_outbound

4- Goto SM30 : table v_tbc001 to define number assignment to direction BP to Vendor then vendor to BP

5- Goto transaction mds_load_cockpit to replicate the vendors

Kind regards,

Yann

Hi Yann,

I checked all these steps.

Besides the entries on the CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU all other configuration have been done.

I activated these two function modules and vendors stop replicating so I deactivated them again.

I completed number assignment in direction BP to Vendor. (Vendor to BP was already done).

These are the facts:

- I'm using SRM 5.5 as an add-in of ECC 6.0.

- I'm using MDS_LOAD_COCKPIT since BBPGETVD is deactivated for this scenario

- I'm not using XI.

- Vendor data is being replicated (General data and company code data) but purchasing data is not created and neither link to backend system and mapping to ECC vendor.

Hi Atul,

Checked on the configuration, however, I can't use BBP_VENDOR_SYNC or BBPGETVD since I am using SRM as an add-in (I think this is the reason), I get error message: "Execution of BBP_VENDOR_SYNC is not defined in this system".

Also I noticed that vendors are not created within vendor group PPOMV_BBP.
