Hi Rakesh,

Please ensure you have the latest content downloaded from Step 2.7 Of tech Mon.

Please also ensure that the Note 2008590 has been implemented as this contains further fixes for the content update.

Can you advise have all the templates been applied correctly in Step 6 of Tech Mon?

Finally please ensure the collection parameter variables are correct.

Kind Regards

Michael

Hello Rakesh,

The DB Alerts are determined by SAP host agent, can you restart the host agent to see if this helps. Can you please confirm that the prerequisites have been met in the

SAP Note 1628727 - E2E alerting of Oracle.

Also, we generally recommend to apply all the corrections listed in our SAP Note 1741919 'Collective SAP note for Solution Manager7.1 and Oracle' which correspond to your Solution Manager SP Level.

Also see 1751781 - E2E alerting: Oracle error messages 1751781 - E2E alerting: Oracle error messages

Best regards,

Ruth
