LG H440 Exchange setup

Hi,

     Im having problems with the exchange setup on LG H440, does not display the message to set the mail in the cell phone, could you help me please ? I want to know if there is any way that I'm forgetting. I could not find a tutorial to configure the Exchange account in LG to show me what I'm missing.

can you successful install the afaria client and run other configuration policies or even get the inventory from this LG device?

Is this Device the only Device model you have trouble with in your configuration?

Hello,

         theres no problem with other policys, we have samsung spirit too and we could setup the exchange account, it shows the message to setup the mail. The inventory is working, the scheduling too.

Alejandro,

Not all LG devices contain the apis to set up native mail.  Kba 1942841 http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1942841 explains a bit further. If the device does support the mail API, I would recommend opening up an incident with support for this issue.
