DB02 collector modules activation

Hi Experts,

We were facing some database logs related issues and hence needed to activate collector modules in DB02 > Additional functions > collecotr logs > Modules. It was done on all systems except on SRM.

In SRM system (SAPKB70216); we are not able to see 'Activate/Deactivate' button. We have checked related SAP Notes; collector jobs and also tried program 'RSORACUP' deletion and recreation. But few modules are inactive in DB02 and also in table.

We can get it change to status 'A' by other means. But our major concern here is why we are not able to see 'Activate/Deactivate' button here

The same is with SRM dev and QA as well. We can't see activate/deactivate button in DB02 collector logs. Could you please help if anyone has seen this behavior of missing 'Activate/Deactivate' collector module button in DB02 additional functions.

Thanks Bin for reply. We have checked this and few other notes as well. Followed steps as well.

Our main concern is to find out the difference in DB02; why its not showing activate/deactivate button for SRM systems

Dear Varun,

This has to do something with SAP_BASIS component. I think you have to apply SAPnotes in the system for the same. You can raise a message with SAP under the component BC-DB-DB6-CCM

Hi All

We have checked with SAP and they have updated that the button is removed in newer versions, so we are not able to see this. Only option now to activating/deactivating collector modules is to use report RSORACUP or to change the table directly
