Change log details - SRM Contract

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement to display all the details that are changed to the contract.

I have a contract no on the selection screen. Based on that i have to display the change details.

Ex: if we had changed the price or validity dates or added new items or condition items i have to display the details like line item added at this time and date & validity dates changed at this time and date & condition line added/deleted at this time and date. Like this.

Can any one please suggest in which tables/FM may i use to get these details.

Hi Krishna,

Please check below tables for contract changes.

CDHDR: header table
CDPOS: item table

Hi Krishna,

In standard SRM, it provides the functionality to display change log of a contract.

Open a Contract;

Go to Tracking tab - Change Documents tray
You will see change logs at both header and item level.

Do you mean despite of this existing functionality, you would like to develop your own one?

Thank you for your response.

Yes i want to develop a report with all the change details.

One more thing i want to know, in Tracking Tab we will not get the change date details(if we change any condition dates valid from & to, it will show up in the tracking tab).

Can you please help if we get that date changes in any table and link with the contract for that table.
