ORDERS05 IDOC to GS1 XML Mapping

Dear Experts,

We have a requirement to generate GS1 Order XML from ORDERS05 IDoc coming from SAP ECC. Is there any mapping available as both are different set of standards?

It would be great if some can provide the mapping as an export.

Hello Sahithi,

Thanks for your revert. We are able to import the GS1 schema into SAP PI 7.31. However we are not sure about the mapping for data from ORDERS05 IDoc structure to GS1 Orders XML.

So we are looking if there is standard mapping available between these two data formats (Idoc to GS1). As both of them are standard EDI in their own area, we thought there should some mapping available which we can leverage for our development.

Please let us know you have such mapping implemented in your environment.

I don't think there is a standard mapping for this. Best would be to ask your functional team to do the map

Hello Mark,

Our functional team is working on the mapping, but they are not able to map few fields. Also they are not sure about the correctness of mapping what they have done so far.

So if we can get mapping from any other organization, we can verify our understanding and also save the time.
