Role removal not happening in UAR requests

Provisioning failure in UAR requests:

Hi All,

We are on GRC 10 SP13 and have the issue below in UAR.

In a UAR request, few roles were removed by an Approver. But at the end of the request, the roles are not removed for the user. There is an error message in the audit log stating "No provisioning log available".

Have replicated the same in the Pre-Production system and the roles get removed successfully. Also there is no error message stating "No provisioning log available" too.

Have validated the configuration in both the systems and are same. The configuration has been done as per the standard UAR guide by SAP.

Kindly help on fix this issue.

Hi Arun,

I had in the same problem with UAR in SP13, and I´ve implemented the lastest version (version 2) of the note 2098610 - UAR: Roles marked for removal in UAR request not deprovisioned at the end of request.

It will really solve your problem.

1. What does the SLG1 log say?

2. Is other provisioning activities are running fie for the connector in question?

3. What are the provisioning settings maintained?

Apologies for the delayed response! Please find my updates against your inquiries below:

1. What does the SLG1 log say?

     - There are no SLG logs for the failed provisioning of UAR requests.

2. Is other provisioning activities are running fie for the connector in question?

     - User provisioning is successfully happening for all request types in ARM for the same connector.

3. What are the provisioning settings maintained?

     - The (a) provisioning option is maintained as "Auto provisioning at the end of each path" & (b)           "Provisioning effective immediately" is maintained under Role assignment option.
