Planned Delivery time is not considered for external materials

The planned delivery time is it not considered for materials that are bought externally (Without any source of supply).

Hi Rohit,

We do not want to maintain Location Source for components in the system. Is there any other way to maintain lead time without maintaining source location. Also, there are nearly 28000 records so other than source location are there any possibilities to maintain lead time.

Currently lead times are only maintained in either customer sourcing or location sourcing MDTs.

Hi Aditya,

i am not sure if your question is relevant to IBP or APO? Unlike APO, here we don't have option to maintain PDT in product master data or transportation lane.

In IBP you can maintain lead time in location source master data for products which are sourced externally using U-rule.
