Unable to update usergroup for model user access request

Hi All,

GRC10.1 SP05,

Unable to update the user group details in tab "user system details" 

If I add in tab "User groups" provisioning is not happening, I do not see user group in SU01 after user creation on successful completion of approval work flow.

This issue is only for model user type requests. for other access requests its working well.

Please advise.

I know this not is for User group but I think that we might need an SAP message to created for user group.  (I could have sworn there was one like the one I am posting but I can not find it in the master notes.)

Posting this note as it may also be helpful although it is for Validity date but same symptom just different field:

2156050 - UAM: User validity is not getting updated in the back-end.
