Hi,

When we are trying to create an Business Partner ID Using BP  T.Code, system is showing an error Incomplete address; enter country (Message no. AM216).


Also, We are facing the same error while creating an BP Using an Inbound IDOC, 

Basic Type: BUPA_INBOUND_MAIN_SAVE_M09

Message Type: BUPA_INBOUND_MAIN_SAVE_M


Note: Its working in Lower Client but not working in a new client which we created for Data Load.


Please Assist me in getting this issue resolved.

Hi Rajesh,

Do you also use the exact same data on both clients?

I'm asking: because the AM216 is as far as I know a cross attribute check. If you enter data which is country dependent checked, but country is not filled you get this error.

For example if you fill in Region, Postal code, Telephone number (without country code, like +31).

Hi Henk,

Yes, It is the same data on both the Clients. In Client A, IDOC has processed Successfully but in Client B, IDOC has failed with Error.
