Alert not appearing in custom alerts section in webui

Hi Experts,

Need your immediate help with regards to webui alert not appaering in custom alerts section.

I have craeted the alert by alert definition and also given alert subscription successfully.

It reflects in subscription section.But when i login through homepage and try to see it in custom alerts section it doesn't appear.

Please help!
