Hi,

I want to update a system stack but i can't generate the XML on the MOPZ:

I already checked these notes:

1233954    MOPZ: No XML Generated in EPS Inbox

Hello,

the error message mentions that there are no files selected.

Could you please show screenshots of the stack dependent file selection step, with all the trees expanded?

Also, please show a screenshot of the 'log' tab, there are 18 errors and warnings there.

Hi,

I've checked the recommended notes and unfortunately none of them apply for my system.

I also tried to execute /n/tmwflow/mopz_stack inserting the tx number from MOPZ but it's empty.

Do you have any other idea?

Have you selected OS/DB files while generating the stack?

Also can you run the landscape verification once again.

Hello,

what is the Support Package level of your Solution Manager system?

The system  you want to upgrade has got in its SMSY or LMDB definition a software component, ST-A/PI 01S_700 on Support Package 2. The problem is that this Support Package level of ST-A/PI 01S_700 does not exist in SAP's product database. When validating the initial state of the system, MOPZ sees this inexistant Support Package level of a SAP component, and stops.

What is the real Support Package level of ST-A/PI 01S_700 in the system you want to upgrade?

Please modify manually the SMSY (Solution Manager up to 7.1 SP5) or LMDB (Solution Manager 7.1 SP6 or higher) entry for this component ST-A/PI 01S_700. You should entry the real Support Package level, which is probably SP1.

1134872 - Maintenance Optimizer FAQ for Stack Delta Files

Also do you have the role SAP_MAINT_OPT_ADD.

Can you run this in /n/tmwflow/mopz_stack and then try to generate.

Can you implement the latest note 1940845 in your landscape.
