Hi All,
We have PSS email notification working for all users but few users from portal. We don't see any reason for it, to not work for them.
I have checked the users in gracuser , email id in GRC and target system is all set properly , gracuserconn all are in place for the user.
I see nothing in SOST/SLG1/SWIA . No traces.
Kindly guide me.

what is your current SP?
If the table GRACUSER has the email addresses the email should be sent. Otherwise I recommend to open an OSS message to address the issue directly to SAP.

Dear Vanita,
I am a bit wondering why your plug-in is on SP04? Only with GRCFND_A SP10 backward compatibility has been introduced. I therefore recommend to upgrade your GRCPINW to at least SP13. See also
Not saying that this fixes your issue - but at least you are on a level where we can assume that the basis is fundamental and working properly.
