Fiori Launch Pad setup

Hi All,

I need some clarifications in Fiori Launch page.

1) Is it necessary for FLP to have NW portal version > 7.31 SP 13?

2) Currently we are in NW 7.31 SP 7 version. Is it possible to integrate FLP on portal?

3) Is FLP only for Fiori apps?

4) How to integrate an fiori app in portal?

1) For implementing Fiori the front end server needs to run 7.31 SPS 5 or higher (recommended minimum SPS 😎 Reference - Installation Requirements (Transactional Apps) - Setup of SAP Fiori System Landscape - SAP Library

2) FLP on portal is available as of NW 7.31 SP12. Reference -

3) FLP is primarily used as an entry point for the Fiori apps deployed onto the front end gateway server. But you can also integrate WD ABAP apps and SAP GUI for HTML based transactions into the launchpad. 4) For creating Fiori iViews on portal the portal version should be NW 7.31 SP13 or above. Reference -
