Hi Diana,

The Ushell Service Logon Data should be like this..

remove the client and user details if any exists.

If not working let me know with the screenshot.

try doing this for FLP service. Before that activate this service with hierarchy if not activated.

Do what? make system configuration, like for ushell?

Or maybe there is a way to delete/ deactivate all the services - so they would be back to initial states and then try again? Because I have no idea what has been previously done in the system, maybe some mis-configuration in the other service or back-end may be causing this misbehavior? Cause for HR renewal logon page is showing fine...

Do everything same what you did for ushell to FLP Service.

now i get this screen starting launchpad:

When I press continue to this website - then I get the Fiori login page. But why this error shows up?

Thank you, but this doesn't really explain how to fix this error. When I press on install certificates - nothing changes

Hi Diana,

Hostname & SID to be maintained in DNS entries, get in touch with your network team. They will configure SSL server certificate to ensure that data exchange within that https url is secure.

Hi,

Can you post a screen shot of the System Logon Configuration screen of the ushell service?

Navigate to default_host > sap > bc > ui5_ui5 > ui2 >ushell

Click on the tab “Error Pages” and click the Configuration button next to the System Logon radio button.
