Trial BO Invalid keycode problem

Hello, I've downloaded the Free Trial of SAP BusinessObjects Edge Edition and I've received the keycode via email.

I tried to install in Windows 2088 and Windows 2012 server but I always get the error:

"product code is not valido INS00140".

How can I solve this issue?

Hi Sara,

Please ensure you are doing below steps before starting the Service :

• Ensure you copy the Setup Folder to the Local Drive of the windows.
• Run the Setup as " Run as Administrator"
• Please Ensure you have below rights set :
  • Act as part of Operating System.
• Please ensure the path of setup if smaill example :
  • Example : D:\BOBJ_media\51043404_SBOP BI PLATFORM 4.1 SP1_SERVERWIN_64B so rename to D:\BOBJ_media\BI4
