Hi all,

I'm working with SRM 5.0, extended classic scenario, in this moment I can complete all the sourcing process, but when access to Carry Out Sourcing, i get the message "<i></i><i>Partner of type Sold-to Party is not authorized for this document. Check entry</i> <i></i>" I can continue with the sourcing, but i want to know what is the reason that these message appear.

Thanks in advance

Jose Luis

Does this message come up for all items in the sourcing cockpit or any particular item?

Looking at the message it looks like the user id with which you are accessing the sourcing cockpit is not tied to a Purchasing group / org....

may be the user is a contact person / employee for the vendor in SUS?

Hi Arun, thanks for you reply,

The message come up for any item, even if I just access to Sourcing cockpit, the message appear, and the user is a buyer and is in the purchasing organization.

Any other suggestion?

Hi

<b>At the first instance, it seems to be problem due to missing authorizations (Authorization object not attached to user role).</b>

<u>Meanwhile, please refer to the following SAP OSS notes as well.</u>

<u>Note 954410 Error creating SUS Admin user in SUS-EBP one client system

806361 Partner ID of the sold-to party in the SUS-MM scenario

817897 SRM40-SUS: User can view documents of another vendor

839985 Incorrect role assignment in SUS-UME-API</u>

Hi Atul, thanks, but:

Is not problem with authorizations, and refer the notes:

Note 954410 this is for Package <b>SAPKIBKT06</b> actually <b>SAPKIBKT07</b>

Note 817897 - <b>SRM40</b>-SUS actually <b>SRM 5.0</b>

Note 806361 - Partner ID of the sold-to party in the <b>SUS-MM scenario</b> actual scenario <b>just SRM</b>

Note 839985 - Incorrect role assignment in SUS-UME-API this note is valid only for <b>SRM 4.0.</b>

anyone have other ideas?

Regards,

Jose Luis
