GR blocking in Q Info possibility with Quality System validity date?

Hi,

Is it possible to maintain a GR Block using the functionality of Existing Quality System (ISO etc) and its validity date in Quality Info record.

I know that we can make control procurement using Release date in Quality Info record, but here I am checking is there a procurement control possible with Quality system validity date.

Business case in Q Info:

Vendor is released till 31.12.2999

Quality System (ISO) is valid till a past date like 31.12.2010.

Now in this case, can we Block GR for this material, vendor and plant combination considering Quality system date is in past or expired.

I know about skip and no skip control using quality system field during inspection. Here I dont have any inspection for this material, so kindly lets not confuse or discuss about SKIP here.

I checked it and it works for PO creation and I can block a new PO  (purchase order) being created when a vendor have an expired ISO certificate. Good!!

Is there any way I can  now Block the GR (goods receipt) for a past open PO in a similar situation of an expired certificate. When I tested with an old PO, it is allowing GR.

I maintained QM system in material master and in Q Info record. Message of QM Control key is changed to ERROR in SPRO.

Please check block function in QM in procurement ( SPRO configuration ). I think it should be possible through Quality info record .

Most of my requirement is met by solution provided by Dieter Hanke. Now I just have a small issue left that system allow Good receipt for old PO created before Quality System expiry (date). I am looking for a option to stop GR in that case.
