Hi Sap Guru's

We a Free goods condition determined in the Pricing procedure.. as we can see the condition records maintained thru sales order

condition/ analysis.. and drill down to the condition/access sequence and see the condition records maintained thru vk11/12... for prices .... charges.. etc.

are we able to see the same way the condition records for Free goods which were maintained in vbn1/2 at the sales order level..

the issue we are facing is when the schem is changed frequently we don't know the which free condition records were determined ...

for instance we had

10:1 defines on the 20th of Jan 2016..

some orders were created during 21st Jan 2016..
and is at partially supplied status

schem was changed from 10:1 to 10:2 on the 25th of January

what happens to this ? will the sales order keep the 10:1  or will it change to 10:2

and how can we see this in the sales order...

sorry if iam not clear in my explanation of the issue.....

thanx for your valuable feedback

Sanjeev

Hi Sanjeev,

Pricing condition type values are updates as per pricing date in sales order. Compare your condition type pricing from date with SO pricing date.

Ex: Create SO on dt. 10.02.2016 with same pricing date with scheme "A" now you change the scheme for A to B on dt. 15.02.2016 than price will be redetermine with respect to scheme B with same pricing date i.e 10.02.2016 which you maintained in VK11.

You can check the SO change history in table CDHDR and CDPOS.
