Error "The RFC connection to the Solution Manager system is not maintained "

Hi Experts,

Currently we are working on Solution Manager 7.1 Sp13, Suddenly when I am performing system monitoring under Technical Monitoring tab in step4 when I am trying to copy standard template into customer name space it is not allowing me to copy it.

It is throwing me error "The RFC connection to the Solution  Manager system is not Maintained ".

Please find attached screen shot for reference.

Any pointers to resolve this issue is highly appreciated.

Hello Manoj,

Can you please re-visit the System Preparation, Basic Configuration and Managed System Configuration and review it in full to ensure all steps are completed with a green status.

I had done it but no luck here. I had removed entire systems connected to the template and given a try but it's still the same.

I guess back and trusted rfc from your managed system to solution manager is having some issues, can you assure these are fine.

RFC's are completely fine.. Even charm is working with no issues.
