cannot load tile(KPI Modeler)

Hi, Expert

I have been configuring Fiori Application on S/4HANA 1511.

My problem is "cannot load tile of KPI Modeler".

We use two user IDs.

One is be able to load tile of KPI Modeler, but the other one is not.

I guess this is authorization problem.

I have tried to set same role(PFCG, HANA) for two users, but the situation didn't change.

Do you have any solution to fix it?

How can I fix it?

For most of the analytical KPI based tiles, I am getting the following error in console

Unknown or deleted query. Diagnosis Either the requested query, or one of the characteristic value variables with a replacement path from the query results, or its query does not exist or was deleted. System Response The system cannot execute the requested query. Procedure Check that the requested query still exists. Then check whether the requested query contains characteristic value variables with a replacement path from the results of the query, and whether these queries also exist. If neccesary, create the missing query again and reassign the query to the variables. Procedure for System Administration

Any idea what could be the issue?

Hi Karan,

Just in case this is still open...

We got all our issues sorted out by moving to FPS02.

Also; for the Analytical tiles, the BW content needs activation...

we have the same issue. we moved to FPS02 but we still have the same error.

can you advise which BW content you activated?

Hello everyone,

I am also having the same issue.  However, if I test with SAP_ALL, SAP_NEW, I am getting the KPI tiles working.  So wondering if I am missing any additional roles.

Hello,

We were able to get many Analytical Apps & most of the KPI tiles working...

We upgraded to FPS01 + applied all the latest SAP_UI fixes.

Also, we're accessing Analytical Apps over the regular URL (not the Web dispatcher URL).

For smooth functioning, the SP's should match the Fiori Apps library.

I have almost the same issue.

Please advise what kind of HANA content we should deploy in order to KPI tiles to work (I see KPI Modeler Catalog, but all the tiles say "Caanot load tile" and I have a lot of errors in console)

Hi can you check sap smart business content is deployed from hana studio and  also check sap web dispatcher is configured .

all of the below Hana Content is deployed

1. SAP Analytics Foundation 1.0

2. SAP Smart business for ERP 1.0

3. KPI Modeler 1.0

4. SAP HANA Analytics for ERP 1.0

but please note that in case SAP_SMART_BUSINESS_MODELER and SAP_SMART_BUSINESS_RUNTIME are still not enough, you would need to assign sap.hba.r.ecc.roles*

Hello Keerthi,

We were advised by SAP that there is no HANA Content for 1511 S/4.

Start quote:

HANA content shall

not be used on an S/4 HANA system as further enhancements will only be

available for the CDS views.

End Quote.

So, for Analytical Apps & the KPI...do we need any additional HANA Content ?

Also, the WD is setup as in the document.

lets wait for our experts it would save at least 10 + hours our  time in hunting the Hana content .
