Is it possible to make the change in the VPRS value in a sales order?

Yes you can change VPRS by first making manual enries as no limitations and then check flag item condition and value flag.

but it is advisable not to change the standard settings.

In SPRO>SD>basic function>pricing>define pricing condition> MAintain condition type>VPRS

click the details

in this under changes shich can be made tab

yu can allow manual entries u can make manual entries possible
