ZSTAMPR(ZWMMBID2 IDoc) segments are not getting populated in the ECC side in PROD

Hi Experts,

We work in PI 7.0. It is a 3rd party to ECC scenario. ZSTAMPR segments are not getting populated in the IDoc in ECC side.

The configuration is exactly the same in DEV,UAT,PROD for both PI and ECC. The IDoc is getting populated with the values as is expected in DEV and UAT but, in PROD only the ZSTAMPR segments are missing in the IDoc in ECC.

We have taken the outbound payload from PROD, and used it to trigger the interface from RWB in DEV,UAT , and we see the IDoc is getting populated with ZSTAMPR segments.

We have also checked that the ESR and ID is the same in DEV,UAT,PROD.

We have 2 interfaces for two partners. For one of the partners, the IDoc is populated with ZSTAMPR in ECC. We compared the configuration of both the partners and they are also the same. but for one partner the IDoc is behaving weirdly.

Kindly suggest us on this.

whether the output payload from PI (idoc data) is having the segment populated? check your IDX2 to make sure the meta data is up to date in PI.

Hello Sayantika,

Are you using separate ECC system or client for the partners. Make sure the customization of IDOC is done for both the systems.

Try reload the metadata using program IDX_FILL_STRUCTURE and test the interface.

Refreshing the metadata worked and finally the 3rd party is receiving IDOCS with ZSTAMPR segments.

Thanks Ram kumar and Praveen. The metadata structure didn't have ZSTAMPR segments, we have refreshed the meta data structure and now ZSTAMPR segments are present. We are yet to test the interface because this involves the third party.
