CIF error during Phantom BOM transfer

Hi, We are upgrading our SCM APO landscape from SCM 701 to SCM 713 (SP10)

The upgrade has been done in test system and we are doing various tests. During data Phantom BOM transfer from ECC to APO, we are getting CIF error as ‘An error occurred during saving’ \

This error is coming during RIMODINI and not during activation. Please suggest if anybody come across this error earlier.

Check below KBA's and I am sure your issue will be resolved.

1809725 - How to transfer Phantom Material BOM to SCM APO

1536264 - Phantom BOMs are not selected in Integration Models

1898138 - /SAPAPO/CURTO_UI056: No components found for this phantom assembly

Actually we are running phantom BOM model since long time and not faced any issue (In SCM 5, SCM 701)

Nut now we upgraded to SCM 713 (SP10) and this issue started, so I am wondering something must be upgrade related.

Of course you are using, but did you went through mentioned KBA's?

Hi Rahul,

Ya, I went through all 3 KBAs before my earlier reply.

Issue we are getting is different than mentioned in those docs.

Also all the best practices are followed for generation of IM.

Let me know if any insights.

Error Text: An error occurred during saving Message no. XC014 Operation canceled due to error Message no. XC015 We are getting this only during RIMODINI (No problem during Generation or activation - RIMODGEN or RIMODAC2) Thanks for your help! regards Yogendra

There is similar issue mentioned in note 307264 but during activation (is old also, not valid for your version).

307264 - Activation integration model in back. mode terminated

I will recommend to open an OSS message with SAP and get their opinion in this matter as you are upgrading.

Agree, I already raised an OSS message, sometime back I got reply and they suggested to implement note 1408323. Lets see how it works, I will update the results. Thanks a lot for your reply and inputs. regards Yogendra
