Status not updated in ecternal service desk

we have two solution manager system 1)sol 2)slm when we try to change the status  to " customer action" or any other status  in sol and save it  gives the attached below error and the the status is not updated in slm. please advise

Hi Farooq Ali,

From your query it looks like both the Solution Manager systems, SOL and SLM, are connected. Are you trying to use one Solman as a Satellite system? What is the purpose of connecting the 2 Solman systems?

or have I misunderstood anything.

Yes, we have two solution managers. SLM is clients Solman and SOL is customers Solman.

When we try to change the status of the message from SOL to "Customer action" or any other action, we receive the above error and status is not updated in clients Solman.

Please note that all the messages are successfully updated between the 2 solman except the status.

Please help

Hi Farooq Ali,

I am not clear as to what the difference is between 'clients' Solman and 'customers' Solman and also why you are using 2 Solman systems.

Please explain.
