SAP GUI Connection failed to SAP server

Hello Experts,

SAP GUI Connection failed when connecting via GUI 7.30 Java. I am able to connect to SAP. I am getting this error 2 times out of 6 times when am trying to connect. I read in forums GUI version could be the problem. I tried with JCo java application too. Still am getting the same error. Please share if your solutions.

IP address, connection string and System numbers are correctly entered.

I have seen "Connection refused" error frequently, system unreachable could be the reason.  Here am getting "Operation now in progress".
