Commitment is not shifting to Actual

Hi,

I got an issue for workorder amendment in me21n. I am getting the standard error "Budget value exceeds for WBS <wbs no>". I have checked in the reports and find that Commitment value is not shifting to Actual value. So when I am going to amend the workorder its giving the above error.

Please help me out.

Hi Sunandan,

Budget value exceeds for WBS - This message appears when the cost is exceeded budget.

Budget check is compared with Budget = Commitment + Actual. If it is in commitment or actual, Budget will be checked on this total cost
