Is windows 10 an officially supported platform for PowerDesigner Client (v16.5 SP05 PL04)?
What are the problems you experienced if you have been already using PD in Windows 10?

You can get the information from readme.htm in your Powerdesigner home folder.
We have some users in Windows 10, we haven't heard any issue from them.
But if you do encounter issue, you must wait until we formally support Windows 10.

We do not publically announce dates for specific releases, however the next release is close and you will see notifications when it is available on Service Marketplace.
