My Paystubs V2 - loading eternally on opening

Hi!

We have a problem concerning My Paystubs app. When opening from launchpad it is loading all the time:

Also after this - when going back to launchpad - the launchpad is loading.

What could have cause the problem? No error logs or authorization fails in SU53 or ST01, as well.

Hi

Check for browser console for errors.

Also check if following note helps.

Thanks Sarbjeet,

I tried to implement the note, but that didn't resolve the eternal loading issue for My Paystubs

Also no errors in browser's console

Any more suggestions?
