Error while creating a dataset from a visualization

I get an error every time I try to create a dataset from a visualization.

If you click on the search link in your error SAP Search it takes you to this:

It asks you to contact SAP Support

Does it mean that this is known issue without any solution to date ?

I have sent an incident to SAP support.
