i had a requirement like this is there any standard function module or bapi to get the suppoert desk messages created by business partner.

pls tell it's very urgent.

Goto TCODE SOLAR_EVAL

select service desk

expand the node of business partner.

enter the business partner no.

A report will be generated showing the messages created by this bus partner.

Please reward points.

You can also use Crm_dno_monitor-tcode.

Enter business partner no.

and the list will come.
