Multiple Add-on on same CRM and ECC

Hello everyone,

My customer has a customised version of service manager syclo app (3.1). We are in process of upgrading just wondering if we can have both SM 3.1 and SM 4.3 add-on same on the CRM Server. In other ways can I have different version of the add-on installed on the same server.

My gut feelings are its not going to work, unless you again customise those add-ons. Please let me know your thoughts.

You may want to put Agentry or Service Manager in the subject of your question so one of the Agentry folks can see its for them and respond.
