If the box containing your eMail address is greyed out (unchangeable) it's because your account is associated with you company and therefore cannot be changed.
yeah its greyed out and i would like to change
You can't: You'll have to create a new account and wait for the account merge function to be available.
i have the same problem, i need to update my email because our email system will change
@Jason: what a stupid restriction, this seems absolutly nonsensical to me...
