Free goods Exclusive

Hello All,

I have requirement regarding free goods exclusive process my customer wants to give free good along with the main items. Whenever he enters the main item system should pick free item with item category TANN ans a free of item.

I have done all the configuration and I am able to see free item picking in sales order.

Also I have maintained free goods record with exclusion in VBN1

But requirement here main item quantity can be the range between 1 to 9999. It will be determined based on the customer PO

whatever the main item quantity from 1 to 9999 free goods item always should pick only one item.

can some please let me know how to maintain scales in this case.

Hi,

If you define R100 and did all the settings, maintain scale as per your requirement.

You can maintain scales in Info record.

You can maintain scale as 1 to 9999 and free goods quantity as 1.

maintain relevant configuration settings

check if TANN is done correctly in item category determination

maintain the record correctly
