How to upgrade patch level SP9 to SP10 in SAP IDM 7.2

Hello Jaya,

It is all described in the documentation for 7.2

I recommend you follow the documentation

but to summerize it :

stop all running dispatchers

1) Update Database with mxmc-update.cmd - (maintain your prefix correctly)

2) Update the runtime with setup.exe

3) Install the new SCA's provided in the pack

Start the console again.

I would also make sure that event agents are stopped (if using them) and that you have a good backup of the system state including the database.
