Hi Experts,
How does Order based Replenishment works with Open Warehouse Request.
We are facing issue in this method. Replenishment is not getting triggered.
Config in place but any prerequisites to be completed before it.
Appreciate your suggestion & quick reply.
Thanks & Regards

Hi Ramesh,
Rough bin determination need to be activated for stock removal WPT ( standard : 2010 ).without this we can not able to run the order based replenishment.
Replenishment control is triggered when the stock in the bin ( primary bins from which looking to pick ) is less than the required quantity, which is the total of all of the quantities of the ODOs.

Hi CK Reddy,
Yes we have activated the Rough Bin for the Picking WPT.
Our scenario if Picking Qty = 100 for the ODO Item and 1 PAL = 60 and remaining 40 is loose
if quantity satisfies the PAL qty it will pick from PALLET Storage, and remaining qty should pick from the Fixed Bins.
if my fixed bins does not have the required Open Warehouse request Qty for this Order based Replenishment should trigger.
How can we achieve this.
Kindly suggest

Hi Ramesh,
It seems you are expecting the ODO split according to the pallet size.is that 60 qty is fixed for one pallet? in that case we use standard HU type and maintain packaging specification.
Here need to apply two stock removal rules, we have two options to maintain the stock removal rules as one at " Determine Storage Type Search Sequence for Stock Removal" , other at storage type level.
if we want to use stock removal rule at storage type level keep stock removal rule blank at
' Determine Storage Type Search Sequence for Stock Removal'
for pallet storage type use the stock removal with the sort field ' HUIDENT' .
for fixed bins storage type ( if replenishment level is storage type ) use other stock removal with sort filed ' QUAN'.
Check with the above settings, but ODO qty should be split as per the pallet size ( try with process codes to split the ODO ).
I never tried this, please let me know the result.
