Unable To see Planning Area in the Analytics Explorer

Hello,

Am trying to create new graph in Analytics Explorer, but am not able to see any planning area and associated key figure.

Please advice what can be the issue here due to which am not able to see the planning area and key figure here.

Note: We have maintained all the required global configuration related to Analytics.

Hi

if you really have configured all necessary global configuration, your planning area is really active, you have the necessary authorization for the planning area plus necessary authorization for analytics,

than you probably need to open OSS. Can you see the data in Excel UI?

Hi Irmhild

After re-activating planning area it resolved the issue. We have already opened OSS message to check why at first place it caused the issue.
