While creating the logical port we are getting RC=500 ping error.Please let me know what to be done.

You have not given a lot of information regarding your issue. However if you take a look at SAP Note - 1947516 - SOAMANAGER Ping web service returns HTTP error . Hopefully this may help to resolve your issue.

I have already checked it and it shows that webservice issue .Further it gets mapped to different wsdl URL.
