How to change in HCI from RP to new Web Dispatcher ?

I have a C4C-HCI-Reverse Proxy-ECC.    The Reverse Proxy is being replaced by Web Dispatcher (WD).

We need to change to C4C-HCI-Web Dispatcher-ECC.  Web Dispatcher seems to be running fine.

Where do I change the destination URL from the RP to WebDispatcher URL ?

Is it in the iFlows used?  I looked and it seems to be parameter driven with <host> variable.

I thought it was the Communication System in C4C, but that needs to be pointing to the HCI.  I'm not successful in finding the HCI where to change it.

I'm assuming most of the change is outbound from C4C-HCI-WD.

Appreciate your tips / steps / suggestions.

Hello Tim,

From the I-Flow select the receiver CC and change the URL of WD.

Can I do this thru the Web UI method ?  I didn't see a way to access the Receiver property.

Looks like it has to be Eclipse method ?

Hi Tim

I no longer have access to the trial tenant, but if I remember correctly, you should be able to edit the value of the URL of the receiver channel using Web UI.

As Engg suggested you should be able to do it.

And why don't you configure HCI in Eclipse, it wont take much time.
