Hello,

We are having Fiori Launchpad configured.

When we are first hit the main page (Before Login Page) We are getting this warning.

Although we are able to bypass this issue but every time it is occurring.

I doubt it is issue with SSL certificate. (Http:// is having red cross).

Can anyone point out what exactly needs to be done to resolve this issue.

Thanks for read.

Hi Pavan,

You need to check this with your security team, what architecture they are following and why logging in to this link. Its just a bypass link, could be an SMICM configuration of port. If your ports are enabled for http/https, you may not get this page.

Also you need to implement web-dispatcher, recommended.

I have faced this issue sometimes and just want to share my experience. Just eliminate the cause from the server and SSL certificate because nothing we can't fix it.

But sometimes, if your computer has a wrong date and time, it can also lead to this error. Or if your antivirus software block SSL connections, Google Chrome also show this message too. I have faced this situation one time.

I found this useful article from Google, it's listed many useful methods to help you resolve or bypass this "SSL connection" error.

Hi Pavan,

In addition to Tejas comments, you can try by choosing the option protocol: DO NOT SWITCH in ushell service.

Hope this helps,

Pavan,

Your certificate(your server) name is shown by default at the bottom)  is not in the trusted publishers list provided by the browser (you can check it under Internet options--> Content -->Certificates--> Trusted Root Certification Authorities)

You need to get the SSL certified with the trusted publishers like Geo trust/Symantec or any other vendors provided by SAP. Please visit   SSL server certificates section.
