Quality ispection plan

Hello to all,

While clearing the lot, the following issue is occurred.

The following scenario is occurring, while assigning the inspection plan to material.

The new lot of material is under CRTD CHCR in QA32, we tried to assign a quality plan to it many times through QP01,

In QP02, It shows the quality plan, But in QA32 it still says Quality plan not could not be found.

Hi Jeevan,

In transaction QA02 you can assign an inspection plan to the inspection lot. The usage in the inspection plan have to be the same as in the inspection plan. If the inspection plans is unique (only one to one correlation material - usage) the inspection will be assigned automatically - Lot status REL.

Hi

Added to the above point check inspection plan Validity date / key date  is prior to Inspection lot Inspection specification key date in Inspection lot to today date and execute.

Hi jeevan

Go to QP03 and enter Material and Plant  and press enter.

Go to Header and check/copy the usage of the Material.

Go to QA32/QA02 and enter the inspection lot and go to Inspection Specifications tab and enter/paste the value in usage field.Save the Transaction and refresh the QA32.

Status will changes to REL.

When it is in  REL Status you can do RR and UD.
