Hi, a few questions here,
Is there a limit to the number of product master data and BOM levels that IBP can store? How limits to the numbers of elements viewable on a planning view?
Is there any "archiving" features? Or is it simply a matter of viewing uneditable key figure data in previous periods in the planning views?
Is there an "approval" function for changes to key figures or master data?
Thanks,
Will
There is no limit as such that you could say dont use more than x products etc, it is a matter of sizing
Every project has to underrun a sizing exersice
There is no archiving, but purge functionality to whipe out data (see model config guide on planning operator). For Archiving as of today, you can download your data into your BW system and archive there. In IBP you should only hold data that are used for planning
Approval functionality: I recomend not to mix too may question that are independend from each other in one post, please. There have been a couple of posts already on that topic, so please search first on existing ones, check out FAQ and than raise a new post on this
