Translation Management Tool for IDT Based .UNX

Hi All,

I am currently on Version BO 4.1 SP3 patch 6.

I am currently working on SAP Business Object Suite ‘Translation Management Tool’.

I was able to translate the .UNV which is built on UDT tool , Webi Report built on .UNV, BICS WEBI Report.

But when I try to convert the .UNX built on UDT tool I am not able to find either to select the data foundation or business layer to select from the repository. Even if I try saving them in my local , the only option I get to select is .tmgr file due to which it does not allow to select the .blx or .dfx file.

Any Suggestion is appreciated.

This was helpful.

I have 1 more question to edit the Xliff file.

Is is something which always has to be done manually.

Is there any specific 3rd party tool which can help me edit this XLIff file.

I have tried some but it was not helpful. If you can post the Document to edit the Xliff file from 3rd party tool or any other approachable method will be very helpful.
