Configure NWDI on SAP Java 7.5

Hi All,

I have installed SAP Java 7.5 but haven't choose usage Type DI during installation.

Is There a way to configure NWDI after installation , I need to have system with NWDI services to configure CM services on it.

We want to use it for configuring PO and BPM transports together with CTS+.

Please advise us.

Hi,

You have to download the NWDI related SCs from the Service Market Place:

DI_CMS, DI_DTR, DI_CBS.

They have to be also 7.5 same SPS

Deploy these SCs with telnet or SUM.

After that you will have to configure the NWDI - domain, name server, SLD and so on.

Then you might start using CM Sevices.

In addintion, I'd like to mention:

1.) PI / PO / XI usage types should be installed on dedicated system.

This is ignored very frequently by many technicians although it is written three times in the Master Installation Guide:

2.) CM Services can NOT run on the same server where the RunTime System resides.
