For this thread please provide more details. What exactly do you want to do? Where do you have problems? SCN is not a training center and for showing someone the ropes (that's what training, senior colleagues and a lot of searching, reading and testing in a sandbox is for), but is about helping with issues that come up, when you work with the products or try to set something up.
There is a lot of documentation available for IDM (most of it is linked from the startpage of the IDM space here). Please have a look at the documentation first and then come back with detailed questions when you are stuck.
