Solution Manager ITSM integration with GRC

Hi Experts,

Currently we are working on a Project to Migrate Two Landscapes under one Solman. The requirement is to integrate ITSM with GRC (by replacing REMEDY ticketing Tool). Is there any possibilities or Hints from your side would be great & helpful.

Hi Kathir,

Thanks for looking into this. The Actual requirements would be , Whenever a new Incident/Service Request raised for GRC (i.e New User creation/Access Requests) should go in-line to GRC for approval purposes . Is it something that can be achieved ?

Hi Bhuvaneshwaran,

if my understanding of your requirement is correct: The Incident / Service request would be created in Solution Manager and the approvals for it should have to happen in GRC.

I have not done this on my own. But it looks like it is possible with some custom BADI development and configuration.
